Crossroads Property Rescue arrived at the home within the hour, began extracting standing water, set up drying equipment, removed damaged flooring, drywall and insulation.  The quick response for the water damage mitigation will prevent mold from growing due to inproper drying.  

Crossroads Property Rescue was able to determine the extent of water damage.  We set up containment to protect the unaffected areas of the house and set up protection along the kitchen cabinets.  We placed drying equipment and checked the process daily until the structure was dry and ready for drywall replacement.  Crossroads Property Rescue also provided a detailed scope of work to the customer's insurance carrier for the mitigation as well as a detailed estimate for the needed repairs.  

Crossroads Property Rescue arrived on site immediately to assess the damage, determine moisture content of affected areas and bring in additional resources.  We were able to contain the non affected areas, extract all standing water, set up dessicant heat to speed up drying, placed additional drying equipment throughout the space.  We were able to protect all school furniture and property.  Flood cuts were made to allow the structure to dry properly.  The area was inspected daily using moisture meters and infared cameras to ensure that all areas were drying properly and mold was not growing.  All affected spaces were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected so the space was safe for students and teachers.  All demoed areas were then repaired - drywall replaced and painted, trim replaced and painted - all before school began in August.  Mitigaiton and repairs were completed in about 4 weeks.
